Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm configurable in twin beds. Bathroom shared, with bathtub.
Room 4
Room, 2nd floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm configurable in twin beds. Bathroom private, with bathtub. This bedroom includes also private terrace.
Indoors
This rectangular floor house is divided into three different levels linked by a spacious and gleaming staircase.
On the ground floor, guests will find the living areas (all with access to the garden through a large glass sliding door), the main suite with its spacious bathroom and two double bedrooms which share a bathroom. In the kitchen, visitors can enjoy a meal area with an exit to the porch. The living/dining, with its large glass windows offers a superb panorama with sea views and Cadaques´ seafront.
On the upper floor, there are a living room-study, a second suite and three terraces placed in three different spots which offer different facings.
Finally, on the basement, the villa has a service bedroom (with single bed), a living room (with french billiards, library and TV).
Guests will also enjoy a Spa on this floor (jacuzzi and sauna) and a bathroom with shower.
Outdoors
In this property, everything has been carefully thought out. The materials and artistic pieces have been carefully selected and chosen to be in harmony with the environment surrounding the house. Natural stone has been used for the outdoors, the terraces and the fencing achieving a pleasant extension of the house´s surrounding. The White paint covers the plaster and the woodwork and the traditional Arab tile dresses the roof.
This breath-taking villa is ideally located face to the sea and hidden among the Mediterranean pines.
Guests can enjoy the gorgeous garden by the seashore which surrounds the house, from where it is possible to admire incredible views.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as a boat trip (on request, depending of wether and availability).
